About
About AI Center for Real Estate
Most agents know AI could save them time. The hard part is knowing where to start. This site exists to answer that one question as plainly as possible.
Why it exists
There are hundreds of AI tools aimed at real estate, and new ones every week. Most agents don’t have time to test them, and most advice online is either a sales pitch or too general to act on. We wanted one place that says, for a working agent: here is what’s worth trying first, here is how to set it up, and here is what it actually costs.
Who builds it
The site is built and maintained by a working real estate agent in Cincinnati who uses these tools in daily practice: for listing copy, lead follow-up, CMAs, social content and transaction paperwork. Recommendations come from that day-to-day use, not from a marketing team.
What’s free
- The quiz and the personalized plan it produces.
- The tool directory, skills and prompts.
- The social media feed and the community.
No account is needed to browse. The community needs an email sign-in so posts have a real author.
How tools are reviewed and sourced
- Vendor sources first. Descriptions, features and prices come from each vendor’s own website, with a link to the page we used.
- Checked dates. Each price and detail shows when it was last checked. Prices change, so confirm on the vendor’s site before you buy.
- No guessing. If we couldn’t confirm a price, the listing says “Pricing not public: check site”. Tools we haven’t fully reviewed yet are marked “Not yet reviewed”.
- Editorial independence. We are not affiliated with the tools listed. Rankings, descriptions and recommendations are not for sale.
- Sponsors are labeled. Any paid placement is marked “Sponsored” and kept separate from rankings and reviews.
