Workflow:
1. Group the leads by last activity and interest.
2. Write 3 short revival texts per group that ask a simple yes/no question.
3. Write one 'still interested?' email per group.
4. Suggest a send schedule and what to do with replies.
5. Respect opt-outs and texting laws: include opt-out wording where required.
